Homeowner's Responsibilities
Note:
When getting information from the Toro Website for Toro GreensKeeper 212 model, type in "GK212-O4" for the Product Description.

Homeowner's Responsibilities:

  1. Please be aware that we will be following the information on the finalized landscape plan. If you deviate from this plan you may be charged change order fees.
  2. Submit plans to the homeowner association, if required.
  3. Contact the homebuilder to inspire them to get your final grade completed as soon as possible. Be sure to ask the builder for a copy of the grade certificate. We cannot start without these items.
  4. Use caution around utility markers. If the utility lines loose their markers work on the job will have to stop until the lines can be relocated. They are very attractive for kids to pull out.
  5. Check your survey and locate the property pins in the back corners of yard. Contact the builder if you cannot find your pins.
  6. Contact HomeStyle immediately if any problems develop while work is being performed. If we do not hear from you our assumption is everything is OK. Your designer will be checking with you periodically as the job unfolds (usually daily).
  7. Be available (if desired) for input into layout of edging, boulders, plants and other design elements. Change orders are very costly and time consuming.
  8. Every effort will be made to keep the site clean and all hazards removed, however please keep children and pets away from the trailers, materials and equipment.
  9. Our plumber will contact you to schedule a time to install the sprinkler tap, he will need to get into the basement for about 2-3 hours.
  10. The sprinkler foreman will also need a couple of hours to hook up your sprinkler clock & transformer (If you are installing lights). Please be aware of where you would like to install your clock and transformer.
  11. We will need to get into the garage and basement the day the sod is laid for settings and adjustments.
